The voltility of EVM together with the fact that Chairman of Election Commissioner Mr. Navin Chawla is under suspicion of passing the minutes of meetings held by EC to the Congress Party does not bode well for democracy in India. It is alleged that EC received calls from Congress just after Mr. Chawla visited the bathroom with his mobile phone when EC meetings were in progress.

There is one more way the results could be manipulated.. A small radio frequency receiver can be incorporated in the machine to receive instructions and change the vote count as per the instructions received. This cannot be detected..

Why not make the EVMs verifiable using dual recorsing system. They are good, but the hackers are too good. In this cat and mouse game, I salute to Mr Hari Prasad. He is our national hero. Jai Hind.
