There are many software’s for cyber café which can generate extra income beside regular income. But at the end if you compare that income with cyber café reputation / Goodwill it is not worth. Here is the reason why. Mostly in cyber cafes computer used are P1, P2, P3, AMD, Cyrix, Celeron or max to max P4. after installing these kind of software, computers become slow and take much time to open Browsers as well internet speed is also get slowdown. It affects overall performance of cyber café computers.
Income generated by these kind of software’s are not more than 10$ to 15$ max. and in todays competitive market I don’t think it is worth compare to cyber café reputation and Goodwill. Isint?
Here are some suggestion for cyber cafes to serve your customers with Quality.
Don’t run behind easy money. Work smart rather than working hard. Do not install any software’s which can effect your computer / internet speed. Keep your homepage Blank or Google.com or www.LiveCyberCafe.com . about livecybercafe I wont say much but will suggest you to do one test and if you are smart you will automatically set it as homepage for all your computers. Try this – open livecybercafe.com click on set my homepage if u r using ie. For firefox and chrome set homepage manually. Now click on any link given on the web page and count seconds it took to open (first time). try Neopets.com (heavy Graphic website) so you noted how much time it took to open. Now close your browser and open it again. And now click on the same link and feel the difference in internet speed (time it took to open). I really felt surprised when I used it for first time. since then I am using www.livecybercafe.com as homepage on all computers in my both cyber cafés. Its like I am paying my ISP for 256kb and I am getting 512kb internet speed. Hehe . try it I am sure it will help you.
Then do not put unnecessary things in startups – eg (windows media player or) as almost 95% cyber café users do not use media player and if it is in start up it starts using resources. In startup there shd be antivirus and yahoo msg max.

The worst problem that anyone can guess is that.. this Clinck totally removes the conventional desktop. Such a new interface, which is not in the usual habit of users, would make them really uncomfortable. You can’t even refresh this new ‘desktop’ or even click on it, otherwise it will unintentionally open some link of an advertisement. The cafe owners just go for it because of some ‘extra’ money but they don’t understand that this will seriously affect their own service.
