i would like to tell some scenarios there are many candidates who worked years in companies and when they want to relieve from the company will not relieve and will not give experience letters? what about them? 2)in x company i quarreled with the manager thats manger mistake and after some days with out notice he send out from the company?then i can not move to courts i dont have such money to do all the stuff 3)the companies takes me by telling development project and they kept me in support? 4)the company takes me for x technology which i am interested but they will move to other then? 5)bank statement why should i give my personnel property to company? 6)some companies fire in recission so how can i fill the gap? 7)the company wants me to join in nly 15 days but my notice period is 3 months then? 8)what if my previous company closed because lack of projects 9)what if my previous has doing business for giving fake experience with taking huge money like this there are 1000s of problem from candidate perceptive who will answer these all the govt has to follow some standards to do all and if company takes a candidate weather he is fake or genuine they need to keep as promises made and if they want to do any verificaton they have to dobefore offerletter release?

they should also check how each one accounts for his time in the office. how much of it is productive work and how much is spent on mails / chats / personal financial transaction they might be surprised and most companies bill the clients for the time the employees put in and when the client realises that they would probably do the work in their native country than outsourcing TCS hires candidates for senior level position who were originally thrown out more than once from their earlier organisation due to misappropriation ...............so what kind of background check it does i doubt on that

As long as stupid US companies keep paying $100/hr for a guy sitting in a hut in Bangalore, I do not think any checks and bounds will help this rampant forgery

There recruits in USA, are greedy to make money beside regualr salary, and hence they pick up consutlant from local body shopping company. i would like to ask a question to these guys. why cant a candidate who has passed a few years ago and eager to join IT industry and also possess the required skilars earlier ls but has no real time experience , will TCS consider such employees .

As there is no hold in university results.And NFTE not fit for techical education and provisional pass certificate cannot help candidate addmited in regular government and private colleges.Degree achieved even after and more than 4 academic years,have not been valued and placed in jobs by govt employment exchange and private placement and consultants they are always pron to causes and fake job rackets in india around the world.No proper implimentation of education system ,poor appitite of studies,Tutorials and books,and weak coaching by few masters and lecturers and prof result in such problems.

I work of top IT company and we know what faking they do while getting billing for headcount from client. Take a campus out into the company, train them for 3 months then put them in shadow mode for 6 months in half billing then after one year - these rookies will become 1 year experienced [calculated from day1 of joining date]. How come they consider induction training, shadow training into realtime experience. These companies suck the work from capable person and find some reason during recession period to sack them. Even they trick foreign embassy to get VISA by giving well fine tuned fake CV to impress the embassy. Once they got VISA, then IT companies exploit the employee salary through foreign contract/bonds etc..even though indian labor law states none considered to be bonded labors in front of attorney. Politician wont bother about it as long as they get their % and moreover if IT is disturbed then indian economy & growth story might take U turn. IT companies should look for talented people and not experienced. EXPERIENCE makes most as like GOVT staff and they survive by past service history - their deliverable is comparitively lower than capable hands. Note: Im not blaming all but the MOST

Why should we think faking is fine if he/she has the capabilities? Being a capable person does not provide you the right to tell lies. A company can take a decision whether they wants to recruit capable person or person with genuine experience and all. But a company cant tolerate somebody who betrays it just because he/she is capable. Otherwise he/she should be so capable that nobody can match him/her. Then the company may be forced to accommodate him/her.

We should 100% agree on Divyas comment. Company should identify that the candidate is capable to do his job or not. I am working in an MNC and there are about 10 people reports to me. I know how many are fake and how many have genuine experience. And who ever are fake are getting good performance ratings every year and who have genuine experience are fail to meet deliveries. I am not saying all the genuine candidates are not capable, but attitude is what is important to perform a job. All the companies should look at a person Attitude, Technical Skills. If you find both this in a candidate then never bother about a fake resume and genuine resume.

My whole votes goes to Divya.I am in sink with Divya.The company who is exposing fake resume,themself analyse there window first.Meida and some other organization should come up to expose the It Idustry firing employee becouse of fake resume.Imagine a employee serving for 10 year, get fired becouse of fake dosument ? It is redicolous and shame for IT company.

The Candidates Capabitlity should be counted , not whether he is from fake or genuine, if he is capable to work in their organisation then only he / she should be recruited. Some times experience people also fail , So i guess these experience certificates and the rest doesnt sound before once capabilities, Before taking into the organisation itself they should check.(not after making them work for your organisation for some period of time and @ the salary point blaming on the candidates as fake ... this is rubbish i guess!!!)

There are many companies from where one can buy experience certificates. Some of them even cheat people after taking money. This report hasnt mentioned them.
