We are a democracy. As per our constitution, every citizen on the country has the right to express his concern on any issue. Web 2.0 has bought and revolution and gave a voice to common man. Any such ban would curtail our freedom.

There has been prohibitions on almost all the media we have. I think the internet should not have any restrictions. Let this be a media where the public can opine completely though if there is a chance that the media is being misused then the government needs to take action. Till then let it be a democratic mode.

Web should be free. We have enough curbs in real life, the web world should be free for people to express. The only situation where curbs could be potentially applied should be for defence- terror activity etc.
