It is a fact that the use of Net has increased. But that is not the root cause of the increase in cyber c-r-i-m-e. First our education system should be able to change the mindset of the people. Secondly a strict law should be implemented to restrict such criminal activities. Here the problem is that the people are not at all afraid of the law enforcement authorities.
