Nokia phones are not designed, researched or developed in India. Symbian is developed mostly in London. India MUST initiate, support and advance home based design, research, development and manufacture of handsets and OS to compete against Nokia and Symbian, With the availability of the Android from Google, even home based software enthusiasts should be able to make headway into a handset module development. Surely there mus be some entrepreneurs in India?
