BANGALORE,INDIA: Akamai Technologies India, a provider in enterprise application, today announced that Info Edge (India) Limited has chosen Akamai’s Web Application Accelerator service to optimize the search application for its flagship brand Naukri.com, a leading online recruitment platform.

The release said that Naukri would leverage Akamai's Web Application Accelerator service to accelerate its search application and enable faster accessibility of relevant jobs to its customers.

Vibhore Sharma, senior vice president, Info Edge (India) Ltd, said, “Akamai-optimization of our search application will result in a consistent user experience as well as reduced loads on our web servers, while enabling us to focus on developing new products and services to further solidify our No. 1 market position.”
