BANGALORE, INDIA: Infosys Technologies Limited will announce results for its fourth quarter and year ended March 31, 2008 on April 15, 2008.

Following the announcement, the CXOs of the company will comment on the firm's performance, which will be telecast by CNBC-TV 18, Infosys today said in a statement.

Highlights of the results will be made available to mobile phone users in India through SMS.

The company will conduct an hour-long conference call at 2:00 p.m. Indian time the same day, where senior management will discuss the company's performance and answer questions from participants.

The quarterly financial results will also be available through a fax-on-demand service.
