NEW DELHI, INDIA: Four Soft (4S), software solutions provider for transportation and logistics, today announced that IAL group, a shipping and logistics organization, has selected its eTrans, application to support its multi-modal freight forwarding operations in India.

IAL group will utilize 4S eTrans for better visibility, real time information on the shipments, better reports and better billing cycle.

The group plans to implement 4S eTrans software in all its branches, starting with Delhi.

4S eTrans is built on the modern J2EE technology. It is an online web-based application and integrates air, ocean and truck operations with inbuilt freight accounting module.

It automates the multi-mode transportation functions and offers visibility of the goods in several stages of processing, both to the logistics providers and their customers, at any given time.
