BANGALORE,INDIA: Have you ever sent an 'I miss you darling' email to your ex-girlfriend after a late-night party? Have ever repented for sending that 'bare-all' email once the level of the sprit comes down and you are back to your normal spirit?.

If so, this new feature in Gmail is meant for you. Specially designed for those who go emotionally unstable after a drinking spree and land themselves in soup, Mail Goggle would make you think twice before sending drunken emails so that you will not have to regret the next morning.

It was a personal experience, which prompted Google software engineer Jon Perlow to develop this new feature. He reportedly emailed a former girlfriend while under the influence, asking her to rekindle their relationship.

And that incident made him brainstorm a way out and thus came into existence a new Google Labs project to help you avoid similar embarrassment.

The function of Mail Goggles is very simple. It can be set to activate late at night and at weekends. Once the feature is activated, e-mailers will have to answer five mathematical problems in 60 seconds before sending their message off.

If you fail to answer the posers, Mail Goggle will make the comment: "Water and bed for you." But the facility is not available for Gmail on cell phones. So, before you switch off your brain for the weekend party, remember activating the Google feature so that the 'one for the road' will not take you to the road that you don't want to take.
