DVS planning CoEs in 22 countries

GURGAON, INDIA: Dynamic Vertical Solution (DVS), a business management applications provider, is planning to set-up Center of Excellence (CoE) labs in 22 countries with support of its partners during the course of this year.

“As a pilot we are opening first Retails center of excellence in Gurgaon at our office with support from LS Retail. This center will enable people to come and experience the solutions that we are offering and share there experience with us. This center is like a lab that will help customize our solutions as per need of the customers. With support of our partners we will expand these labs in all countries where we are present within course of these years,” said Rakhee Nagpal, founder and managing director, DVS.

This center is being set-up with support of its Iceland based LS Retail which develops retail and hospitality solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV for the international arena.

“We chose to set-up Retail center of excellence in India with DVS to provide round the clock support to our customers located around the world. We have divided our global business in three time zones and India falls in one of them,” said Gunnar Gunnarsson, CEO , LS Retails.

LS Retail has customers in 140 countries and has over 1400 companies as its customer.

LS retails will provide customer support, consultancy, and audit services along with various other offerings from its house to the customers.

DVS is also planning to set-up this kind of labs across universities to create awareness among masses on retail business applications. It is also getting involved closely with retail business management school to train graduates on using technology for improving business.

“We take the technology to the masses and inform them about the benefit it can offer to the businesses. In this effort we are trying to facilitate small companies with our solutions for growth of their business. There is huge effort required to create awareness among masses on usage of technology. These labs will be step in that direction,” added Nagpal.

DVS has offered business management solutions from around 10 principals. The center of excellence , though supported by LS Retail, will offer experience of all the business solutions that are being offered by all the principals of DVS.

“The benefit of the center is that people will be able to get first hand on experience on the product before it is launched anywhere in the market,” said Nagpal.

DVS has over 160 customers and 60 channel partners, spanning across 22 Countries and 3 continents
