this article is very nice but from my point of view i woul like to suggest or bring some more points. This article is very much based on the organisation point, can you do one more servay from the employee who has got affected by this more over the attration or firing effact both ways. its have the equivalant impact on employee as well as organisation. the second point i would suggest is can you also publish the reasion for this attration. because when the $ value got reduced there is so many cost sutting methodology came but when its come on the same level there is no any changes anyone got. please do the needful.
