Airtel joins the fray to sell iPhone in India

Vodafone already has plans to bring iPhone in the country

NEW DELHI, INDIA: Bharti Airtel today announced that it has signed a deal with Apple to bring iPhone to India later this year.

The telecom operator however, did not inform anything about the price.

Earlier in the month, Vodafone had made a similar announcement to sell iPhone in India.

Apart from India, Vodafone also announced to sell iPhone in Australia, the Czech Republic, Egypt, Greece, Italy, Portugal, New Zealand, South Africa and Turkey.
