BANGALORE: The CRM business division of Talisma, a leading provider Customer Interaction Management (CIM) software solutions, has been taken over by a portfolio company of Leeds Equity Partners, sources said.

Founded in 1993 and based in New York, Leeds Equity Partners is a private equity firm focused on investments in the education, training and information and business services industries (the ‘Knowledge Industries’).
