Cognizant acquires Los Angeles-based firm

Takes over management and technology consulting company Strategic Vision Consulting

TEANECK (USA)/CHENNAI (INDIA): Cognizant today announced the acquisition of Los Angeles-based Strategic Vision Consulting (SVC), a management and technology consulting firm, for an undisclosed amount.

SVC focuses on consulting and systems implementation for media and entertainment companies. The company has over 60 employees and serves the media and entertainment industry.

“This acquisition will expand our consulting capabilities in the media and entertainment industry and will allow us to help media and entertainment companies respond to the opportunities brought about by the digital transformation of the industry,” said Francisco D’Souza, president and CEO, Cognizant.
