BANGALORE, INDIA: EMC Data Storage Services India today announced the appointment of R Vidyasagar as senior director of Human Resources for the EMC India Center of Excellence (CoE), EMC's largest R&D center outside North America.

He will be responsible for overseeing all R&D talent acquisition, people management practices and organizational development of the India COE.

Vidyasagar has over 25 years of HR professional experience in the IT industry.

Earlier Vidyasagar has worked at companies such as Philips Software Center, India, Motorola India Electronics Ltd, Wipro Information Technology Group and i-flex Solutions Limited.

He has a Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and Industrial Relations from Tata Institute of Social Sciences in Mumbai.
