Miles Software names new executive director

MUMBAI, INDIA: Miles Software Solutions Pvt. Limited (Miles), a provider of software solutions, announced on Monday the appointment of Sandeep Presswala as its executive director.

A veteran in the Capital Markets, Presswala brings with him rich experience of 20 years. At MilesSoft, he would be a key member of the Leadership Team and would provide strategic direction and focus to accelerate the growth momentum, said a press release.

He would play a pivotal role to position MilesSoft as a comprehensive capital markets solutions provider to clients in the domestic and overseas markets.

Presswala was earlier with IL&FS Investsmart Limited (presently, HSBC Investdirect (India) Limited). As member of its core team and subsequently as executive director on the Board, Presswala was instrumental in providing strategic leadership and was responsible for growing a successful retail franchise.

Miles Software Solutions founder and CEO Milan Ganatra said that Presswala brought with him leadership and an exposure of over two decades in the capital markets across verticals spanning brokerage, distribution, wealth management, lending and commodities.

“His extensive experience, domain understanding and a deep industry perspective will be extensively leveraged to exploit the immense opportunities available in the financial service space. We are pleased to have him on our Board as our executive director," he added.
