Tata Comm's Q2 net slumps

BANGALORE, INDIA: Indian telecom major Tata Communications Ltd has posted a net profit of Rs. 10.450 crore for the second quarter ended September 30, 2009 as compared to Rs. 32.92 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2008, the company said in a statement.

Total Income of the company has decreased 24 per cent from Rs. 1035.77 crore of the corresponding quarter of the previous year to Rs. 792.99 crore for the current quarter.
