NEW DELHI, INDIA: BANGALORE, INDIA: CyberMedia, the largest specialty media house in South Asia, has recorded an 18 per cent increase in its a net revenues for the second quarter of the financial year 2009-10, ended September 30, 2009.
The revenues stood at Rs. 26 crore compared to Rs. 22 crore in the previous quarter.
The top-line of the company has increased by 18 per cent Q-o-Q due to sustained and consistent efforts by the company and increased media spendings, CyberMedia said in a press release.
The company had initiated measures in H2 2008-2009 to address profitability concerns. The measures have started yielding results. The EBITDA for Q 2 FY 09-10 is at Rs..16.44 mn (-12.37 mn in Q1 09-10).
This turnaround is due to stringent cost-control measures initiated by the company and organizational restructuring, the company said in a statement.
The company has turned cash positive again after three quarters, said the release.
