Not just that. Facebook pays Zuckerberg a base salary of $500,000 per year and its top executives are eligible for twice-a-year bonuses of up to 45 per cent of their base salaries. Also, Facebook pays $1.2 million a month as rent for its Menlo Park campus.
Other disclosures included chief operating officer Sheryl Sandberg receiving a base salary of $300,000 with a target bonus of 45 per cent. David Ebersman will continue to serve as chief financial officer and would get a base salary of $300,000. Mike Schroepfer, Facebook's vice president of engineering, will receive a base salary of $275,000, according to Washington Post.
