U.S. urges court to reject Google book deal
The Justice Department said in a filing that the court “should reject the proposed settlement in its current form and encourage the parties to continue negotiations to modify it so as to comply with ... copyright and antitrust laws”

I think the plan of google is very good but as in this article the justice talk about the copyrights of authors is right but there can be solution of this ,it really do not means that it deserves rejection.
