Terrorists and similar groups with anti-social objectives always use high technologies to collect data of their own interest ignoring any kind of threat what so ever, by kidnapping or threatning high skill persons through out the world. So we should not worried about those activities, when want some more for the society at large. Any way those anti-social groups may destroy a small part of society (like taj-hotel) but for that we cant ignore the development activities of whole India. So we should go for the Bhuvan for the benefit of our country, ignoring the anti-socials. We should keep them out of our developemnt program.

The benefits of such project/product/service in public domain far outweigh the threats posed by usage of it by terror groups. A careful firewalling could do. IAC, the terror groups have demonstrated their innovativeness in adapting to technological advancements. We as a society should focus on the positives while keeping an eye on the threats. This should be available in public domain.
