BANGALORE, INDIA: Toy Story 3 game has the same title as the movie. The launch of the game  coincided nicely with the movie. And the company that developed the game (Avalanche Software) is owned by Disney-Pixar, the makers of the movie.

Essentially a platforming game for younger fans of the Toy Story universe, the game actually complements the movie well. It won’t give away too much of the movie, yet follows the plot and recreates the characters perfectly. Fans of the movies will no doubt enjoy the cutscenes, which bear an uncanny resemblance to the movie itself. If you’ve ever played any of the Ratchet & Clank series, the platforming action will seem quite familiar.
