As the largest outsourcing partner for Serena, providing product engineering and support for the past seven years, HCL has now implemented Serena PVCS Professional, Serena Dimensions RM and Team Track to reduce errors, track and manage change in requirements during a project’s lifecycle. Thereby, improving quality and reducing time to develop and deploy solutions for HCL customers.
