If you were to pick one technology that you reckon to be a potential game-changer for Indian CIOs what would you select?
Cloud Computing is a definite one in that list, not only because of the inherent difference and impact it quintessentially makes but also because of all the applications that are possible with it now.

What are your main dilemmas as a CIO?
Budgeting is an obvious answer here for many CIOs. Every technology vendor wants to extract maximum benefit out of the solutions they sell. Getting a cost-reduction from the vendor is the biggest challenge. They surely try to justify and sell and we have to select appropriately from other options that are available.

Which technologies dominate your future investment plans?
Cloud Computing, of course, is one important part of our considerations. Then we would be interested in mobile enablement and security-related solutions for our future strategy.
