Virtualisation is one area of interest. We are also working on the next level after ERP investments.

How do you speculate for the game-changers in new technologies vis a vis the gone-in-a-blink ones?

Cloud computing can be a good contender. Open Source is also a possible technology of great impact. In terms of applications, Business Intelligence looks really interesting to watch for.

What’s your formula of designing a really profitable IT strategy?

Our main focus is two-pronged. One is enabling users to take decisions on their own and any software or hardware enablement to do so is considered seriously here. Second emphasis is on customer-centricity which is an integral part or orientation when we choose a technology or solution.
