Bhutan towards 2020, powered by IT
Recently, news went afloat on how Bhutan Government's investment arm will drive economic development in the Kingdom by adopting the SAP platform. Bhutan Government's investment arm (Druk Holding and Investments or DHI) and its key subsidiaries (Druk Green Power Corporation, or DGPC and Bhutan Power Corporation, or BPC) are adopting adopt the SAP platform across their national power generating facilities to enhance overall operations. DHI, DGPC and BPC will implement the SAP for Utilities solution to enhance business efficiency, reduce costs, gain overall operational synergy and improve on business intelligence management.
