when you reboot your computer hit f8 while they system is rebooting it should give you the boot in options if not uninstall ubuntu in windows and then reinstall again hopefully this helps you

Installing Ubuntu inside Windows is a great way of exploring Ubuntu. Then one can always 'graduate' to dual boot. My favorite as it gives me best of both worlds. Ubuntu grows on you!
