OSLO, NORWAY: Opera Software has announced that its Opera Mini browser is now available on phones enabled with Qualcomm's BREW platform.
With Opera Mini, now available on BREW devices, operators and handset manufacturers will be able to leverage Opera Software's technology to quickly drive feature-rich BREW handsets to the mass market and enable users to access their favorite Web sites from the convenience of their mobile device.
Opera Mini provides an excellent user experience by leveraging Opera's Small Screen Rendering (SSR) technology to reformat the Web page to fit inside the screen width.
In addition, Opera's new "Desktop Mode" gives users a wider view of the page, displaying Web pages exactly as they appear on the PC
