India Wide adoption of Open source in India can transform software into a cottage industry. Mahatma Gandhi ji wanted home spun textiles to be the cottage industry employing millions of Indians. That did not happen, With wide adoption of Open Source by industry and Govt, Software can become The cottage Industry of India
