Which world are these people who conduct this survey in? Those days when people worked for just 8 hours and went home gone. People now work anywhere between 11 and 17 hours... so 30 mins out of it is everyones right is what I would say.

THis survey is funded by IT companies who believe that blocking social networking will improve efficiency. Initially, they blocked Social Networking in my company as well. Later on, I with others explained how productive it could be. The truth is those companies who are blocking social networking are blocking the minefield of creativity and innovation and destined to be doomed. Soci Right now, everyone

By reading this ..... article too we waste some time at office, is it not true. I think you suggest to block even news channels. And Intranet sites at office. They are been used more as well.

What the survey fails to highlight is that the avg employee is also working 12-16 hours in a day and hence 1 hour doesnt amount to 12.5%
