BANGALORE, INDIA: Sling Media Inc. has launched SlingPlayer for tablets running versions 3.0 or later of the Android operating system.
Available for purchase on the Android Market, the application lets Slingbox owners extend their living room TV experience to their tablets, said a press release.

When connected to a Slingbox 120 or PRO-HD, SlingPlayer software makes it easy to watch your home TV on your Android tablet running Android version 3.0 or later.
The release further added that, SlingPlayer for tablets is compatible with all Android tablets running versions 3.0 or later and offers robust streaming capability delivering the finest video experience.
