New Delhi: Salesforce.com, on-demand business services provider, today announced the availability of 'Instant CRM', a bundled package created in partnership with Theikos, a salesforce.com consulting partner in India, giving Indian businesses instant access to enterprise-class on-demand CRM solutions.

The key benefit of this bundled offer to Indian businesses is the speed at which clients will be up and running, and focused on sales success. The implementation will be completed within two weeks, a Salesforce statement said.

“Software-as-a-Service allows organizations in India to leverage enterprise-class software to accelerate their growth – without the costs and implementation timeframes associated with traditional or internally built software,” said Steve Russell, President and CEO, Asia Pacific, salesforce.com.

'Instant CRM' is a powerful proposition for local organizations, irrespective of size or industry, looking to significantly improve the effectiveness of their sales and marketing organizations as well as optimizing customer relationships,” he added.

Designed to address the unique requirements of the Indian market, the bundle includes one year of Salesforce licenses for up to five users of Salesforce professional edition, together with implementation services, at Rs 1.5 lakhs. Theikos will provide implementation services comprised of data migration, configuration, customization and business process consulting and training.
