Dear Friends, People have good respect towards HCLCDC including myself because of the brand name called HCL. But the management at HCLCDC, Bangalore, KH Road are not bothered about running businesses. I have enquired 14 times about the enrolment for a course in HCLCDC KH Rd, Bangalore. Everytime i hear from them that they will get back. But till now nobody in the management is bothered to inform me about the enrolment. I think they are busy in something else and not in Retail Training... HCL Management should read all these feedback and protect the brand image of HCL.

We r suffering now after joining for RHCE course in HCL CDC, Indiranagar, Bangalore. The counsellor initially lied that the faculty is RHCE certified. The faculty there has done only RHCT and that too on old RHEL-4 version.
Our faculty is unable to finish our RHCE course, cant clear our doubts & says practicals described in book cant be done in lab. Another person joined our batch in between, but left after 2 days due to faculty.

We visited Regnl.HCL CDC branch at KH Rd & were advised to opt for Batch Transfer letter so v can continue at their branch. We approached our Center Manager for issuing batch transfer letter to other HCL CDC branch, but he bluntly refused saying there is no such provision and that there will be no refund.

We are left in nowhere after paying such hefty course fee and spending two months in HCL CDC for nothing. My batch-mate is under immense mental trauma caused due to the apathy shown by the HCL CDC Indiranagar branch and his mothers sad demise.

We joined because of brand name HCL. There is no proper governing body at HCL-CDC which can look into student complaints & resolve their issues. All these IT training centers want to make quick bucks by trapping students in the name of big IT companies, delivering service without quality. So, this is the true picture of so called excellent service provided by HCL CDC.

Heres hoping that the higher ups in HCL InfoSystems open their eyes ASAP, so that HCL CDCs do not bring a bad name to a global brand name and paint their name in poor picture.<div class='CommentLineContainer'><input type=button onClick='MoveComm(14842,ctl00_ctl00_ctl00_cphMainContentSection_cphMainContentSection_cphSection1ContentPart_ThreadedComments1_txtPid);' value='Reply'/> to Niraj Kumar Singh </div>

Hi Everybody, HCL CDC may be good in other cities. I dont know. but in bangalore, the courses offered by HCL CDC are not updated. for example, KH Road branch is giving Oracle 9i old version itself, whereas all other training institutions and as well as Market is running on 10g and 11g. If i enquire about the same, the answer is "NO PLANS OF UPDATING THE COURSE IN THE NEAR FUTURE"..... HCLCDC Management should wake up and upgrade all their courses upto current industry requirements. Also they should ensure the Quality of Education. Other the good name of HCL is going to diminish........ HCL Management over there should listen to this...

HCL CDC at Ramakrishna Mission will provide courses in C, C++, .Net and Java apart from its regular academic curriculum in infrastructure, middleware and networking. HCL CDCs also provide for placement support to all their students who excel in their academics and display a remarkable performance during the course.
