NEW DELHI, INDIA: Genius has introduced its latest digital photo frame?Genius DPF 241 in the Indian market. The Genius DPF-241 features extra functions such as an alarm clock and a calendar.

The other features include a 2.4-inch 256k-pixel TFT LCD screen display with a resolution of 324x240 pixels and enough internal memory to store up to 30 photos. Files are transferred via mini-USB 2.0 and the gadget supports both JPEG and BMP formats.

The compact size of this picture viewer saves desk space and one can take it everywhere. It has real-time clock, alarm and calendar display to provide a combination of a photo frame and desktop clock. It also comes with a 1.2x AAA batteries and supports OS Windows’s 2000/XP/Vista. This new photo frame has both manual and auto slide show functionality and comes with photo compression software.

The Genius DPF 241 will be available in India through the company's authorized channel network for Rs. 2,055 with one-year swap warranty from its authorized service centers.
