CHENNAI, INDIA: Future Calls, a technical and project consultancy services firm, is looking for partners across India for Accutone headsets and voice recording software. The CRM software is developed in-house by the company.
In 2008, Future Calls was appointed as national distributor for Accutone, a Hong Kong-based manufacturer and designer of specialized telecommunication headsets, and as its service partner. The company has a service center in Chennai with trained engineers, which focuses on the corporate and BPO markets
Chandramouli, Chief Manager—Operations, Future Calls claimed, “We are giving a premium quality product at a mid-range price. As far as profitability is concerned, the partner can make higher margins than any other brands with our products.”
TechnoTouch is the company’s partner in Chennai, OptimaTech in Bengaluru, Arka Tech in Hyderabad, A2Z Headsets in Mumbai, and Avis Solutions in Delhi. Now, the company plans to appoint another three partners in each region.
According to Chandramouli, the company has well-designed training programs in place to educate partners in basic customization of headsets, based on customers queries.
“Many small and mid-range companies have a customer support team, where authentication and recording is necessary. We see huge potential in that segment. Nowadays, corporates are asking for headsets that can be used both for both telephones and PCs. Our headsets can be used for RJ Telephones, PCs, and for stereo pin phones,” Chandramouli added.
As the service support is handled here in India itself, customer can be assured of solid service backup, informed Chandramouli. The company generates 60 percent of its business through partners.
