KOLKATA,INDIA: Seeing the poor state of post-sales services in Kolkata, a specialized team of IT professionals offering computer maintenance service on behalf of dealers to end-users have decided to capitalize on the opportunity at hand.

Navi Mumbai-based Anzen Services has recently started its operations in Kolkata, offering outsourcing of maintenance services from the dealers end. Coming up with an entirely new concept in the eastern region, the company is keen on expanding its network outside its headquarters.

"In Kolkata we found that there is a huge volume business going on. But dealers are not keen on offering after-sales services to end-users. We have come up with a solution for the dreary situation where we will provide specialized computer maintenance services on behalf of the dealer to the end-user," commented Gautam Dugar, Director-Marketing and Technical, Anzen Services.

Concentrating solely on after-sales services, Anzen offers resellers a cost-effective solution.

"It often becomes burdensome for small scale resellers or dealers to employ a team of skilled IT professionals while the demand for post-sales services is rocketing nowadays. It is here that we are playing our part. Not only are we equipped with a specialized IT team, but the services we are offering are also cheap," he shared.

With an aim to expand into the rural market, the company is focusing on providing outsourced customer care solutions in Kolkata.

However, in Navi Mumbai, Anzen is into 'direct end-user care' service. Servicing several clients in Navi Mumbai, the company has added TCS, YCS, Hykel Pharma and CCRT (Navi Mumbai Branch) to its portfolio.

Having comprehensive and non- comprehensive schemes, the company will also cater to normal as well as institutional calls on the behalf of sellers.

Anzen is also providing remote access services for software related problems. With Berlia Compu systems as its first client in Kolkata, Anzen has already solved over 30 IT maintenance issues from the client’s end.
