4EverCloud starts operations in Gurugram

NEW DELHI: Delhi-based CRM solution provider, 4EverCloud that specialises in implementing CRM solutions and services on the Salesforce platform for customers ranging from startups to mid-sized companies to enterprises has started operations in Gurugram.

In a short period of time, the company is working on projects mostly in the US markets covering verticals such as education, security, healthcare, banking and financial services, and cloud services.

Shahab Khan, COO, 4EverCloud said, “Our focus is on how the Salesforce solutions can impact the organizations we serve, by transforming their customer experience and promoting innovation.”

4EverCloud offers solutions on Salesforce CRM implementation, application development, integration and data management, product development, cloud services, managed services, and on-demand services. “To spread our footprint, we are getting into technical and business support partnerships with tech firms in Bangalore and San Jose,” Khan added.

While the company currently has customers in the US, it will soon address the other growing CRM markets like the Middle East, Europe, Canada, Australia, and India.
